Reputation management is the effort to influence what and how people think of a brand or person when viewed online.
What our system does is, whenever a customer purchase something from you, an e-mail is scheduled to be sent to your customer asking for his review.
The customer opens your reputation management link where he has two options to express his opinion/experience, the two options are: Positive or Negative.
If the customer decides to leave a negative review, they is forwarded to a comment form where they can leave a review. After that the review is sent to your e-mail address so you can read it and see what went wrong and how you can improve your service.
If the customer decides to leave a positive review, they are forwarded to a page where they can choose where they want to leave the review, for example: Facebook, Yelp, Google and etc.
This technique allows you to continually improve and grow your online reputation
